Да, перуанцы! Для тех, кто понимает, есть особая специфика, характерная для каждой латиноамериканской страны. Где-то - эквадорцы впереди, где-то аргентинцы, где-то колумбийцы, где-то парагвайцы с их арфами и тонким пониманием мелодий, а у перуанцев вальсы - их особая специфика.
